As the A&R Manager for this debut Mixtape LP, as well as drafting the initial creative direction and benchmark ideas for the overall concept/story, responsibilities included assembling the various components for the project such as producers, guest artists and mix engineers, arranging studio sessions, providing critique and feedback on music + budget and overall project management.
